Collaborative Remote Account Manager
Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager
Location: Telford - Office-based role
Salary: £26,227 + commission per annum Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team at our Head Office in Telford.
As a Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager, your focus will be to collaborate closely with the wider team, supporting our SMB-Business Development Managers. If you enjoy leading by example, motivating a sales team, are competitive, target-driven, and pride yourself on extracting your best performance, this could be your next career move!

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong peer relationships with Field Sales colleagues (BDM, SBDM, and/or BDE) to deliver a consistent and strategic customer experience.
- Drive customer engagement through multiple communication channels including:
- Voice
- Microsoft Teams
- Deliver exceptional service and account development planning to:
- Ensure customer retention
- Achieve targeted growth
- Act as the remote account lead for customer queries, collaborating across departments to ensure timely resolutions.
Person Specification
The Ideal Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager will possess:

- Previous experience in telephone-based sales
- Proven experience in account management within a sales environment
- A reliable and determined attitude, with the ability to assess personal performance and strive to exceed expectations
- Enthusiasm for sales, maintaining high standards and a positive attitude throughout daily activities
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about exceeding KPIs to secure commission.
