Colleague Continuous Improvement Manager

How You'll Help Us Live Our Purpose

We’ve been helping our members save for their future and buy their own home since 1875. Join us, and you’ll play a big role in putting home ownership within reach of more people—for every generation.

Our purpose drives everything we do, and you can shape it too—join the People team in this role as the Colleague Continuous Improvement Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

You’ll use insight, data, and employee feedback to improve colleague experiences at Leeds Building Society. This means identifying practical improvements, simplifying workflows, and delivering measurable change across the colleague lifecycle. Collaborating with teams across People Function and wider business, you’ll turn ideas into sustainable improvements aligned with our purpose and pour them into embedding better ways of working.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and improve colleague and candidate journeys, using diverse perspectives to uncover themes, opportunities, and actionable strategies.
  • Apply continuous improvement models (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, process mapping, root cause analysis, Kaizen, and A3 problem-solving) with an understanding of the right approach for each situation.
  • Define and track measures of success, calculate benefits, and drive evidence-based, sustainable change through analysis and insight.
  • Work cross-functionally, bringing clarity of vision and purpose across various teams while maintaining a curious and improvement-focused approach.
  • Produce high-quality actionable outputs efficiently, with a strong attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
