About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, proactively engaging with customers regarding overdue payments.
  • Work with customers to identify sustainable repayment solutions and appropriate support options.
  • Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, empathy, and fairness.
  • Assess account activity and identify potential risks, escalating complex cases where required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer interactions are documented appropriately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Risk, Recoveries, and Client Services to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Experience within collections, recoveries, credit control, customer account management, or financial services operations.
