We’re looking for a Collections & Recoveries Advisor
We understand that every account needs to be handled based on their own unique circumstances. With this in mind, we don't use a dialler. We want to prioritise meaningful conversations with our customers and allow our advisors enough time to address the needs of each account.
The team
The Collections & Recoveries team at iwoca is responsible for supporting customers who have fallen behind on repayments, with a focus on achieving fair, sustainable outcomes for both the customer and the business.
The team takes a customer-first, solutions-oriented approach, working closely with small business owners to understand their financial situation and agree on realistic repayment plans. They balance empathy with commercial awareness, ensuring regulatory compliance while protecting iwoca’s loan portfolio.
The role
Our advisors are there for support and guidance when things don't go right! You will build relationships with customers through regular contact to validate, understand and resolve breaches of their loan agreements with customers whilst having purposeful conversations with customers in early arrears to recover payment or ascertain the reason for missed payment and scheduling the next steps accordingly.
