The Collections Specialist is a full-time Remote role based in UK and Cardiff, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week or work from home full time. This role focuses on managing overdue accounts, contacting customers via phone, email, and other channels to arrange payments, and negotiating realistic repayment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, including experience managing overdue accounts and negotiating repayment arrangements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers professionally and handle sensitive conversations with tact.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Finance, such as basic accounting concepts, billing, and payment processes.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Relevant experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable, ideally in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and financial or CRM systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting, demonstrating integrity, resilience, and sound judgment.
- Preferred: vocational or academic qualifications in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
