About The Role
We are seeking a professional and personable College Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for EFI Group. This pivotal front-of-house role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, inclusive service to students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-organised environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a clear commitment to delivering outstanding customer service within a college setting.
About You
Qualifications
- Good general level of education, including English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
- First Aid qualification or willingness to undertake training
Experience
- Experience working in a college, school, front-of-house, or customer-focused environment

Salary
From £26,550 to £29,500 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
