About the Role
We are recruiting a College Receptionist to act as the company’s first point of effective contact for students, staff, and visitors.
This essential front-of-house role focuses on delivering exceptional, welcoming, and inclusive service while maintaining a safe and organised environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisation skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- A clear commitment to outstanding customer service within an educational setting
About You
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A good general education level, including English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
- A First Aid qualification or the willingness to complete training.

Experience:
- Previous experience in colleges, schools, customer-focused environments, or front-of-house roles is desirable.
Expertise:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional front-of-house service.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication to build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities.

Salary Range
£26,550 – £29,500 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
