- 8 hour shift pattern, working Monday to Friday
- Weekly rotational shifts of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00

The Opportunity
Our client is a central college which has an outstanding campus with industry-standard facilities. The role of a College Support Officer involves working on your own and as part of a team to provide an efficient and professional caretaking and security service to clients, staff, students and visitors.

You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, students, visitors, and contractors.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Complete site lockups and unlocks
- Conduct routine patrols to identify and report security risks or incidents
- Escort visitors/contractors around the site as required
- Conducting ID checks
- Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable service whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to staff, students and visitors
- Carry out caretaking duties, moving furniture and setting up events as requested
- Dealing with fire evacuations and first aid response as and when required
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
- Resilient and pro-active in your work
