Annual Salary: £20,772.06
Working pattern: Permanent, part-time, 30 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)
Shifts: Varied across daytime and evenings

What you’ll do:
- Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top-notch service for members and military personnel.
- Ensuring adherence to Food safety, Hygiene and Compliance.
- Supervise, train and support front-of-house staff.
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks.
- Assist with scheduling and rota planning.
- Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
- Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
What we’re looking for:
- UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
- Previous customer-facing or food service experience is desirable (training provided).
- Must be over 18.
- Operations administration and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
