Annual Salary: £20,772.06

Working pattern: Permanent, part-time, 30 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)

Shifts: Varied across daytime and evenings

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top-notch service for members and military personnel.
  • Ensuring adherence to Food safety, Hygiene and Compliance.
  • Supervise, train and support front-of-house staff.
  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks.
  • Assist with scheduling and rota planning.
  • Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
  • Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
  • Previous customer-facing or food service experience is desirable (training provided).
  • Must be over 18.
  • Operations administration and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
