Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Combustion Gas Oven Engineer role based at our Dunstable bakery. The engineer will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of gas-fired industrial ovens used in flatbread production.

- Conducting routine inspections
- Diagnosing faults
- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Collaboration
The role involves working closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime, optimize oven performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Record Keeping
The engineer will also maintain accurate records of work
