Our team is currently seeking a qualified Commercial Account Executive to join our business. In this role, you will manage and grow strategic relationships across specific sectors & enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise in Morae’s strategic initiatives, legal technology, consulting services, and digital transformation solutions.
- Identify and win new strategic corporate law department customers in the market by leveraging existing networks and proactive business development.
- Understand client challenges around legal operations, compliance, digital transformation, document and contract lifecycle management, and position Morae’s solutions accordingly.
- Conduct executive-level meetings, solution demos, RFP/RFI responses, and workshops with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and decision-making committees.
- Navigate procurement processes, vendor registration, framework agreements, NDA/commercial approvals, and compliance with regional data protection and information security standards.
- Collaborate with global solution teams, delivery, legal, and marketing to design tailored proposals and ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date client data, pipeline forecasts, and sales activities using CRM.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, retention, and growth targets.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of account management/business development/team management experience in legal technology, consulting, enterprise software, or professional services.
- Experience in selling SaaS technology products.
- Proven success in winning large deals, securing long-term contracts, and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of legal operations, document management, contract lifecycle management, enterprise workflow platforms and/or digital transformation projects.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions, including the value of AI and Generative AI technologies in legal and corporate environments.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, especially interacting with decision-makers such as GCs, CIOs, Chief Legal Counsel, Digital Transformation Leaders, Procurement Directors, and Regulatory Bodies.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with ability to shorten sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, managing competing priorities.
- Fluency in English is essential.
