Commercial Account Executive
Commercial Account Executive – Consumer & Local Commercial Team [Howden Risk &thislesurance Limited]

The Role
Our rapidly growing Local Commercial team—200+ strong across the UK—is expanding. As the Commercial Account Executive on the Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team, you’ll:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, spanning sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organisations.
- Collaborate closely with Branch Managers to deliver commercial objectives.
- Demonstrates commercial acumen, with a proven track record in winning new business.
What You’ll Do
✔ Drive business growth through strategic marketing, community engagement, networking, and client meetings. ✔ Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging business curiosity and a consultative approach. ✔ Listen and understand client requirements to advise on products/solutions and suggest paths to ’YES’—shifting conversations from ‘STOP’ to ‘GO’. ✔ Bring your energy and resilience to every client interaction, ensuring long-term success for their businesses.
