H&R Insurance Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team. Unlike many consolidator-owned brokerages, you'll have the freedom to access and choose from a wide range of insurance markets, allowing you to recommend the best solutions for your clients, not just those dictated by ownership or placement strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to take over and develop a well-established book of commercial clients, providing an immediate platform for success while giving you the freedom to win and retain new business.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing an established portfolio of commercial clients
- Involved in the decision making process for the future success of the business
- Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Providing expert insurance advice and tailored risk solutions
- Working closely with insurers to secure the best outcomes for clients

What we're looking for:
- Commercial insurance broking experience
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Professional, self-motivated and driven approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for delivering first-class customer service
