About the Team

The Commercial Team is pivotal to Miro’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on landing new logos and driving growth by expanding our existing customers. As a Commercial Account Executive on this team, you will join a dynamic, high-performing group that thrives on innovation and collaboration while championing Miro’s mission to empower teams to create the next big thing. About the Role

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding Miro’s footprint by landing net new customers and driving expansion within the 500-3,000 employee segment. This role is designed for sales professionals who excel in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and have a passion for helping smaller, dynamic companies unlock their potential with Miro. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle. While you will receive assistance from cross-functional partners, you will also take ownership of developing and advancing your pipeline.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect and Engage: Leverage outbound strategies and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to identify and connect with high-potential prospects in your territory.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent deal flow and efficient sales cycles.
  • Value Selling: Understand customer needs and challenges, demonstrating how Miro’s platform addresses their specific use cases and delivers measurable business value.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop trust and credibility with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, within prospective organizations.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive deals to close efficiently by managing high-velocity sales cycles while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer success, and Sales Engineering to ensure alignment and optimize customer expansion efforts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in SaaS to position Miro as the solution of choice.

What you’ll need

  • Experience: 2+ years in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with experience in either a full-cycle closing role or a sales development background.
  • Skills: Strong prospecting abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in value-based selling techniques.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach and Gong.
  • Mindset: A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Adaptability: Experience managing shorter sales cycles and high transaction volumes, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Collaboration: A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to drive success.
  • Language/Market: UK market experience preferred.
