About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through:
- New customer acquisition
- Upselling and cross-selling
- Customer renewals
You will work closely with the Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to:
- Identify and engage prospects
- Understand their needs
- Build strong relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, comfortable with longer, more complex cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Address Legal/Finance/IT requirements where necessary
- Maintain and expand a healthy pipeline of key accounts and qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to refine account plans
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers, anticipating and delivering tailored solutions to optimize their growth
- Achieve KPIs for high-volume calls, strategic outreach, personalized follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities across the Company’s suite of products
- Provide value-based selling experiences leveraging automation and customer behavior data
- Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and retention tracking to management
- Contribute strategic feedback through analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven presentations
- Improve lead generation playbooks by identifying best practices

About You

Requirements:

3+ years of B2B Software Sales experience across:
- Prospecting
- Lead qualification
- Deal closing
- Sales messaging and follow-ups
- Performance against revenue targets

Degree in Marketing, Economics, or an equivalent blend of education and experience

Proven experience in:
- Sales methodologies (e.g., BANT qualification)
- Account development
- Time management
- Procurement and negotiation
- MarTech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies, including:
- Messaging
- Positioning
- Sales conversion optimization

Strong interpersonal skills: clear verbal/written communication, active listening, and problem-solving

Self-motivated, adaptable, and an agile learner with:
- Independence and a success-driven mindset
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities
-
Native or fluent English (native proficiency preferred or bilingual proficiency).
