The Role: Account Executive (B2B SaaS Growth)
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, expanding accounts through upsells/cross-sells, and optimizing retention. Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to:
- Identify and engage high-value prospects at scale.
- manage multi-stage sales cycles with stakeholder alignment.
- Address legal, finance, and technical requriements seamlessly.
- Build a profitable pipeline while uncovering new customer opportunities.
- Develop data-driven account plans and execution strategies.
- Strengthen retention via hyper-personalized engagement (calls, demos).

Core Accountabilities
- KPI Excellence: Hit targets for high-volume calls, qualified demos, and long-term strategic accounts.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Prospect → close, with attention to upsell/cross-sell product suite synergies.
- Forecasting: Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales projections to leadership.
- Process Contribution: Advocate for lead-gen improvements and sales efficiency strategies.
- Travel may be requested—no strict requirement.
About You
Required
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B software sales, end-to-end, including:
- Prospecting, lead qualification, deal closing, multi-touch follow-ups, and target exceeding.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent mix of education/experience.
- Methodologies: Expertise in BANT, account development frameworks, and procurement negotiation.
- Industry Focus: 1+ year in Martech/SalesTech, covering product marketing, positioning, sales optimization, and messaging.
- Male Tata Requirements: Fluent, native, or bilingual English communication.
- Mindset: Self-directed, agile, and driven—yet <true> to collaboration.
- Results Orientation: Strong analytical thinking, presentation skills, and problem-solving prowess.
