Commercial Account Handler - Stockport - Up to £35,000

Join a well-regarded, independent broker in Stockport with a strong reputation for client service and a growing commercial book - and become a key part of the team that keeps delivering on that promise.

This is a role for an experienced commercial handler who's ready to take ownership of a varied SME portfolio and hit the ground running. You'll work across a broad range of commercial classes, supported by a team that takes real pride in making insurance straightforward for its clients.

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: Stockport

Working pattern: Office based

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of broad SME clients across multiple commercial classes
  • Handling renewals, MTAs and day-to-day client servicing
  • Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the right cover for clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records on Acturis
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and delivering a high standard of service throughout
