Commercial Account Handler – Howden Consumer & Local Commercial Team

The Role
We’re seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our rapidly growing Local Commercial team in the UK—now 200+ strong. Reporting to a Branch Manager, you’ll:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients ranging from sole traders to MD/CEOs of large organisations
- Uphold compliance and FCA standards while meeting customer expectations
- Support renewal retention and quotation processes through meticulous documentation review
- Work actively with Commercial Account Executives to drive business growth

- Strong interpersonal skills – fostering relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts

- Robust data-handling capabilities on client systems for informed analysis
