About the Role

The Commercial Account Handler will join our growing Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team, supporting clients ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organisations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain rapid rapport with new and existing clients
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to meet business objectives
  • Carefully review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for quoting processes
  • Assist with renewal retention and customer satisfaction while meeting FCA compliance standards
  • Support Commercial Account Executives in exceeding performance targets
  • Process client data efficiently, enhancing service quality and process improvement
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
