About the Role
The Commercial Account Handler will join our growing Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team, supporting clients ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organisations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain rapid rapport with new and existing clients
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to meet business objectives
- Carefully review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for quoting processes
- Assist with renewal retention and customer satisfaction while meeting FCA compliance standards
- Support Commercial Account Executives in exceeding performance targets
- Process client data efficiently, enhancing service quality and process improvement
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
