We’re scaling our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team—a fast-growing unit with over 200 colleagues across the UK. As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll be the vital link between clients and opportunities, ensuring every interaction sparks growth.
The Role
- Build lasting partnerships): Whether you’re speaking with sole traders or C-suite executives, your client-focused approach will deliver sustainable relationships and measurable results.
- Drive renewal & retention: Support the Commercial Account Executives in exceeding renewal targets while soaring above FCA compliance standards and customer expectations.
- System agility: Process data with precision across tools to enhance client service, simplify workflows, and empower informed decision-making.
- Accuracy & adaptability: Review client documentation like a meticulous editor, ensuring flawless quotes and flawless communications.
