We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a well-established brokerage in North London. Collaborating closely with Directors and Account Executives, your role will involve:
- Managing a varied portfolio of commercial clients
- Handling renewals, MTAs (Marine Transports Allowances), policy administration
- Delivering exceptional client service

What We Offer
✔ Salary: Up to £60,000 ✔ Established independent broker with a strong reputation ✔ Dynamic portfolio of commercial clients ✔ Professional development and continuous support ✔ Supportive team with direct access to senior leadership ✔ Pension scheme ✔ Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Oversee client account renewals and policy administration
- Liaise with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex risk assessments
- Maintain strong communication and organisational skills

Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Account Handler (preferably within an insurance brokerage)
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Proven expertise in handling renewals, MTAs, and policy servicing
- Actuaris and CII qualifications are a plus
