The Opportunity: Commercial Account Handler Role
Team Background
Our Local Commercial Team has grown rapidly over 14 years, now comprising over 200 professionals across the UK. In this role, you’ll support our team in serving clients ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, collaborating closely with your Branch Manager to achieve business objectives.
- Compliance & Documentation: Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for quoting processes, meeting FCA requirements.
- Service Excellence: Help Commercial Account Executives with renewal retention, exceeding customer expectations while ensuring high levels of service quality.
- Collaboration: Maintain strong internal and external relationships, including stakeholders, clients, and third-party contacts.
- Data Processing: Handle financial and client data efficiently in IT systems to support internal processes, reporting, and compliance checks.
