Commercial Account Manager
Location: London, Waterloo (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: Competitive base salary depending on experience + commission structure

We're looking for someone who can combine relationship management, commercial development and a consultative approach to help clients improve their workflows, increase product adoption and achieve better outcomes.

As our customer base continues to grow, so does the demand for dedicated commercial account management. That's why we're strengthening our team to support commercial property teams, deepen client relationships and identify new opportunities across our existing accounts.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing commercial accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, including Partners, Heads of Commercial Property, Practice Managers, Operations Directors and senior fee earners.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption, generate additional revenue and support client retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews and product demonstrations.
- Develop strategic account plans that help firms get greater value from InfoTrack products and services.
- Monitor client usage and proactively address issues to reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, product and support teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines and account activity using CRM systems.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights that help influence future product development.

What we're looking for
Essential:
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, business development or SaaS sales.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate effectively.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, retention or revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to understand customer needs and recommend value-added solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience working with law firms or within professional services.
- Knowledge of commercial conveyancing, commercial property transactions or legal technology.
- An understanding of property searches and Land Registry services.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Working Hours
Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am - 5:30pm initially, with opportunities for flexitime and hybrid working between home and our Waterloo office once probation is completed.

The salary for this role is competitive and will depend on your skills and experience, with a commission structure that gives you the opportunity to maximise your earnings.
