Key Responsibilities & Duties

Core Sales Accountabilities

  • Secure commercial orders for Tobermore products, ensuring alignment with company pricing and strategy.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with target customers in designated regions:
    • House builders (regional & national)
    • Main contractors (regional & national)
    • Groundworkers
    • Civil/builder’s merchants (direct site contracts)
  • Manage project pipelines: Ensure sales information accuracy to meet targets, and follow up on opportunities within deadlines.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of new opportunities to meet individual regional objectives.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Attend monthly opportunity reviews to discuss live projects and agree winning strategies.
  • Participate in quarterly reviews of sales performance and future growth initiatives.
  • Engage in regional sales meetings to fulfill collective team goals.

Customer & Operational Excellence

  • Customer relationship management: Balance repeat business and new prospects.
  • Work with regional groundworkers to drive higher sales and solutions (e.g., leveraging design services).
  • Hospitality & networking: Build relationships respectfully while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Maintain records via Microsoft Dynamics CRM and document all customer interactions according to procedures.

Essential Tasks

  • Utilise LinkedIn and company branding to enhance product visibility.
  • Actively plan Saturday diaries, adhering to company procedures.
  • Source merchant opportunities and track progress to sale conversions.

About The Role – Required Qualifications

Non-Negotiable Criteria

5 GCSE Grades 9-4 (A-C)Including English & Mathematics.
Sales experiencePrevious 1-2 years demonstrated.
Flexibility & AttributesPunctuality, self-motivation, teamwork.
Social & Communication SkillsHigh rejection handling tolerance.
Works Independently or CollaborativelyConfident in predefined roles.
Logistics & LocationFull valid UK driving licence. Coverage proximity to allocated area.

Preferred Criteria

Experience/Service AreaFraming Point
A Levels/Higher EducationBusiness/Management-related preferred.
Extended Sales KnowledgeRoles addressing construction, merchant, B2B.
CRM CompetencyExperience with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
Promotion/PresentationExperience in influencing commercial teams via strategic pitching.

Closing Date – Sunday, 19th July 2026 Contract Hours – Full-time

Salary: Negotiated based on relevant experience and local market standards.
