A stablished precision engineering manufacturer is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to support the continued growth of the business.
The company supplies complex engineered components to customers across technically demanding industries and is looking for someone who can take ownership of commercial relationships while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
This role sits between customers, engineering and manufacturing, managing enquiries, coordinating projects and ensuring a high level of service throughout the order lifecycle.

Commercial Account Manager Responsibilities
· Manage key customer accounts and act as the main point of contact.
· Oversee quotations, contracts and commercial negotiations.
· Support project delivery from enquiry through to completion.
· Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
· Coordinate closely with manufacturing, engineering and supply chain teams.
· Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.

Commercial Account Manager Requirements
· Background in engineering, manufacturing or precision machining.
· Experience in a commercial, estimating or account management role.
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Commercially aware with a problem-solving mindset.
Desirable:
· Experience in subcontract manufacturing or precision engineering environments.
· Technical engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
