Commercial Administrator
We are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team for three days per week at our office in Letchworth. Whilst it's essential that you are in the office on Mondays due to the start of week meetings that take place, there is flexibility around the other two days.
What you'll be doing:
As our Commercial Administrator, you will be at the heart of our Commercial Department, providing essential support that keeps our projects running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating key administrative processes, managing documentation, reporting, invoicing, and NHBC registrations, while supporting our Commercial Director, Surveyors, and Buyers. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure information is accurate, up to date, and delivered on time, helping to drive the success of our developments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy keeping things organised, and take pride in delivering excellent administrative support, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
