The Role: Commercial Administrator
Reporting to: Commercial Pricing Manager
The Commercial Administrator will support the commercial function by:
- Maintaining pricing agreements
- Ensuring pricing accuracy across orders
- Providing exceptional support to internal teams and external customers
We seek a professional, approachable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys:

Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Order Management
- Resolve all pricing queries within agreed SLAs
- Ensure manual order pricing accuracy
- Update Special Pricing Agreements as requested
- Maintain discount structures within IFS
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate ad hoc and scheduled commercial reports
- Act as a key contact for sales teams and internal departments regarding commercial queries
Customer Support
- Assist external customers with pricing and commercial enquiries
Process Improvement
- Support administrative and analytical tasks for the Commercial Pricing Manager
- Maintain accurate commercial records and pricing data
- Review pricing accuracy for discrepancies
- Develop and maintain process notes and documentation
- Drive efficiency enhancements in commercial systems
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in commercial or administrative environments
- Proficiency in Excel (data entry, management)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Desirable (not essential): Prior experience managing pricing structures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
- Experience creating/maintaining process documentation
- Proactive mindset for process improvements
- Willingness to collaborate cross-departmentally
