Do you have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our team in Bulford, Wiltshire.

As a Commercial Administrator, you will work closely with the Voids Quantity Surveyor to ensure the inox is kept clear and quotes & measures are issued to the client within the required timescales. You will also be required to liaise and obtain quotes from subcontractors so strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build measures for void billables from site audits and issue to the void Quantity Surveyor
  • Check and upload completion paperwork to the CRM system
  • Ensure all trackers are up to date
  • Liaise with operational teams when required
  • Assist other teams with quoting / measures to cover leave
  • Carry out other ad hoc tasks as and when required
  • Assist the commercial team with final accounting

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a commercial or financial role
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
