Do you have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our team in Bulford, Wiltshire.
As a Commercial Administrator, you will work closely with the Voids Quantity Surveyor to ensure the inox is kept clear and quotes & measures are issued to the client within the required timescales. You will also be required to liaise and obtain quotes from subcontractors so strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build measures for void billables from site audits and issue to the void Quantity Surveyor
- Check and upload completion paperwork to the CRM system
- Ensure all trackers are up to date
- Liaise with operational teams when required
- Assist other teams with quoting / measures to cover leave
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Assist the commercial team with final accounting

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a commercial or financial role
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
