Commercial administrator - Maternity leave

We are looking for a Commercial Administrator for our office in Tewkesbury to cover maternity leave. This role is part of a dynamic and fast-growing environment and includes training and coaching by our experienced team. Reporting to the Office Supervisor and working alongside a small administration and commercial team, in this role the key responsibilities will include:

To manage live lead generation database and supporting the Sales Team. To co-ordinate training days for customers (booking them in) To remain conversant with work loads for Senior Management in order to assist with management of workload and field enquires on service issues. To undertake tasks associated with database building as directed with minimal supervision. To receive, sort and prioritise mail, and emails, redirecting as appropriate and responding to all routine correspondence without direction. To provide cover across the team in terms of customer communication as and when required. To receive and manage the phone calls on the commercial line. To process sample requests from the sales team. Ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health, safety and welfare, and to comply with the policies and procedures relating to health and safety within the department. Carry out any other duties which fall within the broad spirit, scope and purpose of this job description and which are commensurate with the grade of the post. To work with Commercial Office Manager

Previous experience working in a similar role would be highly advantageous but we are very open to considering candidates with administration/customer-facing experience who are looking to undertake a new challenge in their career. Overall key skills will include excellent communication skills, flexibility, customer care skills, and a good administration ability, coupled with residence near Tewkesbury.
