Commercial Analyst & Demand Planning Manager - EMEA
Are you passionate about turning complex data into commercial insight that drives business performance?
We're partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Commercial Analyst & Demand Planning Manager to join its international Partner Markets team based in Hatfield.
This is a highly visible role supporting commercial decision-making across multiple international markets throughout EMEA. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Business Information teams, you'll deliver forecasting, performance analysis and strategic insight that helps shape business decisions while ensuring products are available where patients need them most.

Responsibilities include:
- Delivering sales and demand forecasts across multiple international markets
- Producing commercial analysis and business performance reporting
- Supporting budgeting, financial forecasting and long-range planning
- Conducting market assessments for new products and launch opportunities
- Monitoring KPI performance and identifying commercial opportunities and risks
- Managing partner demand plans, forecasts and order books
- Leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings across cross-functional teams
- Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and external distribution partners to ensure forecasting accuracy and supply continuity
About You
We're looking for an analytical commercial professional with experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare sector.
You'll ideally bring:
- Degree-level education
- Experience in commercial analytics, demand planning or sales forecasting
- Background within pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industries
- Experience supporting multiple international or EMEA markets
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills
- Experience with Power BI, SAP and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of budgeting, revenue planning and product lifecycle forecasting
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively
