What you’ll be doing:

You'll be the eyes and ears of everything revenue generating - the analyst the Commercial team leans on for the answers that matter: how is the trade performing, where is marketing spend working hardest, and which products and ranges should we back next? Influencer marketing is central to how we grow, and this role carries a real focus on measuring and scaling its impact.

Trading performance - build and own daily, weekly and monthly reporting across brands, channels and territories, turning data into sharp commentary the team can act on quickly.

Marketing ROI - measure performance across paid, affiliate, influencer, PR and CRM, building a consistent contribution margin view that shapes how we invest.

Influencer & creator analytics - develop the framework for how we evaluate influencer activity, from reach and engagement through to attributable revenue and repeat purchase.

Product & range analysis - dig into SKU performance, support NPD business cases, and keep a close eye on new launches versus plan.

Ad hoc insight - be the go to for the commercial team when they need a fast, reliable answer whether that's a quick data pull or a more complex analysis to inform a key decision.

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

  • 2+ years' experience in a commercial, trading, ecommerce or insights role ideally in beauty, retail, or DTC. Experience in a fast paced, multi-brand environment is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Sharp analytical instincts and you interrogate data with curiosity, know how to separate signal from noise, and always connect findings back to the commercial so what.
  • Clear communicator and able to translate complex analysis into concise, visual outputs that non-technical stakeholders can act on confidently.
  • Self-starter and comfortable managing your own priorities in a fast moving environment, juggling BAU reporting alongside ad hoc requests.
  • Exposure to influencer or affiliate analytics is a bonus, but not essential just the curiosity and a willingness to develop that expertise matters more.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
