Commercial Analyst and Logistics Manager - Permanent Position(4136)

Your new role
The Commercial Analyst and Demand Planning Manager supports commercial decision-making across international markets through the delivery of robust forecasts, business insights, and performance analyses. The role partners closely with Commercial, Finance, Business Information, and Trade Operations teams to develop forecasts, evaluate business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and support strategic planning activities. The role requires collaboration with a network of third parties to assimilate data and insight and to maintain supply chain integrity. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and effective stakeholder management skills to drive data-based decision-making and to have the right product in the right place at the right time.
Duties include:
- Market data, forecasting, and analysis for existing products and for in-licensing opportunities for EPM markets
- Forecast accuracy sales and demand
- Support for FP&A for budget forecasting, e.g., BP, monthly forecasts, and Mid-Term Plan
- Market assessments for new products, indications, and formulations
- Understanding of market environments, including but not limited to demographics, healthcare systems, pricing and reimbursement, and optimal launch activities.
- Business analysis report generation
- Periodic market reports to support EPM and partners
- Providing analyses including but not limited to supporting market access and pricing decisions, strategic alliances, brand and generic dynamics, supply chain integrity, etc.
- KPI reporting as required including assessment of partner commercial performance vs targets
- Management and reporting of partner order book
- Budget Planning lead budget process internally and externally.
- Management and reporting of partner demand plans and forecasts
- Maintaining supply chain integrity and minimizing any risks to in-market and ex-factory sales.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings working with EML/Finance/Trade Operations departments to ensure full alignment and tackle any issues.

What are we looking for?
- Education to Degree Level
- Demonstrated experience within the biotech, or healthcare industry
- Demand forecasting, sales forecasting, or commercial analytics experience
- Experience supporting multiple countries, regions, or international markets
- Launch forecasting and lifecycle management experience
- Revenue planning, budget, and long-range planning experience
- Market assessment and scenario planning
- Cross-functional collaboration with: Commercial teams, Finance, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs
Preferred
- International or regional market exposure (EMEA)
- Product launch support and forecasting.
- Experience with specialty care or innovative medicines.
- Exposure to scenario planning and competitive intelligence.
- Experience presenting analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
