Commercial Analyst

£35,000-£42,000

Birmingham - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

I'm hiring a Commercial Analyst for a well‑established UK medical manufacturing business, supporting commercial strategy across sales, marketing, and product.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a broad, business‑facing analytics role with real exposure and impact.

The company

A long‑standing, family‑run organisation operating globally within the healthcare sector, producing specialist medical products. With strong growth and a turnover of £150m+, they're investing further in data and analytics to support commercial decision‑making.

The role

This role sits within a growing analytics team and will focus on supporting commercial performance across the business.

In your first 6-12 months, you'll work closely with the sales team, helping identify opportunities to improve:

  • Revenue
  • Margins
  • Customer performance

You'll also gain exposure to marketing, product development, and market insight work as the role evolves.

What you'll be doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
