Description

Job Band L7

SkyShowtime is Europe’s latest streaming service, and we are looking for a talented Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial Growth team in London.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how the business understands and tracks performance. You’ll play a key part in building and maintaining automated performance reporting and analytical outputs that are used day-to-day and facilitate information sharing across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders across almost the entire business, you’ll turn data into clear insights that will support decision-making across the full customer lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who is keen to build on their analytical foundations in a commercial environment while delivering high-quality analysis that genuinely influences business performance. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of how a D2C business operates end-to-end, with endless opportunities to take on new challenges and different projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
