Job Description

Position: Commercial Analyst

Location: London Office (Holborn)

In-office role (not remote)

Schedule: Full-time

(Mon - Fri, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm)

Salary: From £38,000

(depending on experience)

About The Role

As we scale across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels, we're seeking a Commercial Analyst who can turn data into action and manage initiatives from concept through execution.

You will partner across Marketing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive insights, improve processes, and lead cross-functional projects that accelerate growth and enhance the customer experience.

Data & Insights

  • Analyse business performance across stores, ecommerce, and wholesale (sales, KPIs, customer behavior, SKU velocity, inventory movements).
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Support demand planning and merchandising decisions with data insights.
  • Analyze promotional performance and pricing impacts.
  • Monitor campaign, launch, and merchandising results across channels.
  • Map current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
  • Propose and help implement workflow enhancements that support a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Lead or support initiatives related to systems upgrades, tool adoption, and automation.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in business analytics role ideally within a medium sized fast paced environment.
  • Proven project management experience (formal certification like PMP/Agile is a bonus but not required).
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and at least one BI tool (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
