Commercial Analytics Manager – HelloFresh
About the Role
For our ambitious and fast-paced team in London, we are seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to lead the direction of data-driven decision-making, enhance our BI infrastructure, and drive strategic analytical projects. Key responsibilities include improving data quality and tooling, delivering insightful dashboards, and fostering a strong data culture across the business. Your goal? To provide actionable insights underpinning core product improvements, such as our weekly meal kit service.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will:
- Lead the scoping, building, and management of our Commercial BI infrastructure, ensuring highly insightful and actionable Tableau dashboards.
- Improve data quality and tooling across all teams.
- Champion a data-driven culture, influencing how teams adopt and act on insights.
- Ideate, scope, and lead key strategic projects to enhance our core product.
- Deep-dive large datasets to extract actionable insights for product optimisation.
- Present recommendations to Senior Management for approval.
- Identify, develop, and implement new processes to simplify and optimise workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Culinary, Menu Planning, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, and International HelloFresh teams to leverage synergies.

Requirements
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership capability—ability to inspire and influence without formal authority.
- Essential: Strong proficiency in Tableau (data visualisation) and SQL. Bonus points for Python.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Deep analytical aptitude—able to distil complex quantitative concepts into clear, digestible insights for all business levels.
- Experience in a high-performing, fast-paced culture.
- Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Hands-on experience translating analytics into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
