About the job:
For our ambitious and fast-growing team in London, we are looking for a Commercial Analytics Manager. In this exciting role you will be supporting with setting the analytical direction for the team, building & maintaining our BI infrastructure, and driving key analytical projects. Within this you will be looking to improve data quality & tooling across teams, bringing our analytical capabilities to the next level. This will form the foundation from which you will produce insightful and actionable dashboards, datasets & analysis, which in turn will be used to underpin key decisions and recommendations, informing future developments and improvement of our product (the meal kits we send our customers every week!)
What you will be doing:
- In this hands on role you will be leading on the scoping, building and managing of our Commercial BI infrastructure, ensuring we are providing highly insightful/actionable Tableau dashboards
- Focused on improving our data quality & tooling across teams
- Championing a strong data culture across the business, influencing how teams adopt and act on analytical insights
- Ideating, scoping and leading key strategic analytical projects focused on driving improvements in our core product
- Deep diving large datasets and pulling out key insights which will underpin core product improvements
- Present and obtain approval on any recommendations from Senior Management
- Identify, develop and implement new approaches and processes across the business, whilst mapping out recurring processes, and finding ways of simplifying/optimising them
- Collaborate closely with teams such as Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics, Procurement & Operations and Marketing
- Collaborate closely with International HelloFresh geographies ensuring synergies are found and leveraged

Who you are:
- A natural leader who can inspire and influence teams without formal authority, driving alignment across stakeholders and functions
- Experience using Tableau, with a strong working knowledge of data visualisation
- Experience in SQL is essential; experience with Python a big plus
- Very strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to summarise quantitative concepts into a digestible format that is easy to understand and communicate to all levels of the business
- Professional experience in a high performance and culture environment
- Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead interactions with senior stakeholders and to summarise quantitative concepts into a digestible format
- Strong project management competencies
- Enjoys working cross-functionally, across teams and departments to achieve a joint objective
- You’ll need to have a genuine interest in using data - something we love at HelloFresh! As well as an ability to use the data and information gathered to solve real business challenges.
