About The Role
We're looking for a Commercial & CRM Manager to lead how Mecsia uses our CRM (HubSpot) and turn it into the evidence base behind our commercial decisions across the Group. You'll combine hands-on CRM ownership with a sharp commercial lens, making sure pipeline, performance and margin are visible, trusted and acted on. You’ll also be responsible for how we manage our contracts, ensuring commercial levers are acted on in a timely and effective manner, and documentation is appropriately managed.
This role sits at the centre of our commercial operation. You'll work with senior stakeholders across our companies, keeping data accurate, processes disciplined and reporting clear.
Key Responsibilities
CRM
- Data hygiene: Set and maintain high standards for data quality, governance and consistent ways of working across all locations.
- Ownership: Own and develop our HubSpot platform, keeping data clean, structured and trusted across the Group.
- Integrations: Manage integrations between CRM and our wider systems, so information flows reliably and without manual workarounds.
- Reporting & insight: Build reports and dashboards that give senior leaders clear, evidence-led insight into pipeline, performance and commercial risk.
- Enablement: Support sales and commercial teams with process, training and practical guidance that improves how they operate.
- Commercial translation: Translate commercial considerations and analysis into solutions, working closely with stakeholders across our 11 companies.
- Pipeline & forecasting: Own pipeline visibility and commercial forecasting, partnering with sales leaders to keep the numbers credible.
- Commercial analysis: Interrogate CRM data to surface pipeline, margin, win-rate and conversion trends that sharpen commercial decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
