Commercial and Finance Manager
Glasgow City Council Digital Services £55,388 - £64,300
The Council is seeking to recruit a Commercial and Finance Manager to evolve the commercial and financial management of the Council’s contracts with multiple Managed Service Providers and other contracts, and associated financial planning, modelling and analysis. This role plays a key role in preparing and delivering future procurement activity.
You will be:
- Working at the heart of major digital programmes and supplier relationships.
- Influencing strategic investment decisions.
- Helping leaders understand risk, value and opportunity.
- Shaping commercial approaches that directly impact frontline services and citizens.
You’ll be part of a supportive, ambitious team that values expertise, collaboration and professional challenge – with the space to use your judgement, exercise ownership, and grow your influence.
