This position reports to: Sales Manager – ELDS
Job Summary
The **Commercial & Industrial Sales Specialist drives growth across a diverse portfolio of sectors within the built environment, with a focus on applications beyond renewable energy and data centres.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for expanding market share for:
- Medium-voltage switchgear
- Digital integration solutions
Positioning these offerings as critical enablers of efficient, resilient, and future-ready infrastructure.
Key focus areas:
- Full sales lifecycle management (opportunity identification → customer engagement → proposal development → order handover).
- Delivery of commercially sound, technically aligned solutions supporting customer outcomes and business strategy.
- Building long-term partnerships, identifying untapped opportunities in commercial and industrial segments.
- Unlocking strategic value in markets essential to daily infrastructure and operations.

Working Model
📍 #remote with regular customer site visits
Your Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve targeted volume, mix, and profitability for:
- Medium-voltage switchgear
- Digital integration solutions
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term customer trust.
- Understand and address customer needs throughout the sales cycle (engagement to issue resolution).
- Ensure consistently positive sales experience.
Sales Planning
- Prepare and maintain sales plans and forecasts.
- Monitor pipeline health, and implement recovery actions as needed.
Opportunity Development
- Identify and develop new market openings in:
- Commercial sectors
- Industrial applications
Proposal & Offer Preparation
- Leverage switchgear configurators, pricing tools, and systems to develop:
- Accurate, market-leading proposals
- On-time, competitive pricing
Marketing & Value Proposition
- Collaborate on marketing efforts.
- Communicate values and strategic differentiators to customers and internal stakeholders.
Administration & CRM
- Manage sales processes, documentation, and CRM updates (ong Salesforce% preferred).
- Oversee order collection/handover activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
🎓 HND in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). 🔧 Technical knowledge covering:
- Medium-voltage switchgear
- Digital integration
- Modular e-House solutions
- SCADA
📊 Proven sales experience in:
- Full sales cycle management
- Ideal industries:
- Electrical infrastructure
- Utilities
- Renewable energy
💻 CRM familiarity (Preferably Salesforce).
