Residential & Commercial Property Locum wanted!
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established Local Authority in Greater Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and friendly legal team, handling a varied caseload of local authority property work with the flexibility of hybrid working.

The Role
You'll manage a broad caseload including:
- Commercial property transactions
- Residential property matters
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leases and licences
- Easements and wayleaves
- General property advice to internal departments
The role is available immediately and will run through to the end of October 2026.

About You
You'll be:
- A Solicitor, Legal Executive, or suitably experienced Property Lawyer
- Experienced in residential and/or commercial property work
- Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Available to start at short notice (or with a short notice period)
