🏡 I'm Recruiting: Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive (3+ PQE)
I'm currently working with a well-established and highly respected law firm that's looking to expand its Commercial & Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive who is looking for high-quality work, genuine career progression and a supportive team environment.
The Role

- Commercial and residential property transactions
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leases and landlord & tenant matters
- Advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors
- Drafting and negotiating property documentation
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion while delivering exceptional client service
What I'm Looking For
- ✔ 3+ years' PQE in Commercial or Residential Property
- ✔ Experience managing your own caseload
- ✔ Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law
- ✔ Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry Portal
- ✔ Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- ✔ A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach
