I am pleased to be partnering again with my client, a boutique Real Estate Investor in North West London to help them search for an Asset Manager to work on their growing portfolio.
They are looking for a junior-level candidate with Property Management experience who wants to make the move into client-side Asset Management.
About the Role
This role will be reporting to the Head of Asset Management who will be training you to manage their regional portfolio.

The portfolio value is a few hundred million spread across asset classes of retail, offices & residential.
The successful candidate will work within the Asset Management team but will also have exposure to the Investment & Acquisition side.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Lease renewals
- Lease negotiations
- Overseeing projects
- Working on value-added strategies during development
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Service charge budgets
- Retail exposure
- Strong commercial acumen and market aware
- An ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Well-presented and strong communication skills

Benefits
- A salary of up to £50,000
