The Role
This full-time, on-site position at our Highbridge facility is ideal for individuals with junior Quantity Surveying (QS) experience. As the primary point of contact with clients, you will:

- Work closely with internal teams to provide accurate and timely submissions for ongoing projects.
- Offer commercial support throughout the pre- and post-contract phases.
- Coordinate with client QA contacts for a range of deliverables, including:
- Valuations and variations
- Collation of RFIs (Request for Information) and PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires) responses
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
- Raise payment applications as required.
- Attend contract meetings to facilitate smooth communication.
- Maintain internal systems and records for project coherence.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should possess:

- Commercial awareness and industry experience within construction or construction-supply sectors.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with precision in data handling.
- Proficiency in standard office software, particularly Microsoft Excel, alongside an ability to learn internal systems.
- Advantageous: Relevant education or training in business, administration, quantity surveying, or related fields.
Applicants with junior QS experience will have a particular advantage in this role.
