Job Title: Commercial Assistant
Business Unit: 5350 - NH South West
Location: Bristol
Ringway is looking for a proactive and organised Commercial Assistant to join our South West team based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who is looking to build a long-term career within a commercial or quantity surveying environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support across the depot
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting client reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of applications for payment and invoices
- Supporting measurement and valuation processes
- Working closely with the commercial team (QSs and Assistant QSs)
- Preparing subcontractor payment notices and tracking works
- Supporting operational managers with financial and commercial tasks

Contract Details
- Type: Permanent
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday
