Location: THG Labs, Meridian Business Park, Trowbridge, BA14 0BP About THG Labs THG acquired Acheson & Acheson in 2018 to bring full service, product development & manufacturing in-house to supply innovative branded and THG Beauty Brand products to the industry. In 2022 Acheson & Acheson became THG Labs. Capabilities include: In-house market knowledge & trends End-to-end service from idea generation through to manufacturing and launch Technical, commercial and production expertise Outstanding customer service About The Commercial Team Based at the THG Labs Trowbridge site, the Commercial Team is responsible for Annual Pricing review, Cost engineering opportunities and financials maximising value add to EBITDA. The Commercial Team also assist in development of new systems, processes and reporting. About the Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Assistant is responsible for preparing data for review by the commercial team, procurement team & finance team as required. As the Company grows, the Commercial assistant will be integral in ensuring that product financials are maintained and improved. As a Commercial Assistant you will be involved in: Preparation of Annual Pricing review file for each customer using data provided by each team. Maintenance of Annual Pricing review file as needed. Report generation as required using system data Management of data for the liability reporting to work effectively Run data and support in Post launch review meetings Working with key stakeholders across the business to develop new or update existing systems & processes Maintain records and support auditing efforts Communicating effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers. Take reasonable care for the health and safety for yourself and other persons who may be affected by your work To cooperate with regards to all company health & safety measures, following H&S training when using equipment Report to a person in authority any work situation which may represent a serious or imminent danger to health & safety or any shortcomings in the protection arrangements to health & safety. In respect of any hazards remember ‘see it, report it’ Helping to promote a positive working atmosphere within the company. Any other duties that may be required from time to time. What skills and experience do I need for this role? Must be highly numerate, experience with Excel essential. Strong analytical skills Entrepreneurial mindset Commercially aware Interest in Beauty products, manufacturing and passion to understand the processes involved Driven to achieve results and improvements Must be a core team player, able to work cross functions What's in it for me?
