About the Role
You'll have direct relationships with hundreds of installation businesses, and your work will have an immediate, measurable impact on both our growth and their success. There'll be a ton of variety, but the core areas will be:
Drive Expansion & Commercial Growth
- Unlock value within the existing customer base by increasing product usage and growing installer accounts.
- Help installers identify opportunities to expand their businesses through us.
- Contribute directly to company revenue growth through account expansion and retention.
Become a Trusted Partner to Customers
- Build strong relationships with installation businesses across the UK.
- Act as the primary point of contact for installers seeking support and growth opportunities.
- Identify customer challenges early and proactively provide solutions that add value.

Deliver a World-Class Onboarding Experience
- Own the onboarding journey for newly signed installers.
- Ensure installer teams quickly understand and adopt the platform.
- Drive early customer success by helping users experience immediate value from us.
Represent the Voice of the Customer
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams.
- Influence product improvements and future feature development.
- Provide valuable insight into installer needs, priorities, and behaviours to help shape the product roadmap.
Build Scalable Systems & Processes
- Improve self-serve resources such as guides, FAQs, and training content.
- Develop and manage LLM agents to enhance customer support and onboarding.
- Create more effective onboarding processes and scalable customer success workflows.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to integrate tutorials, tips, and educational content into the platform.
Commercial Ownership & Strategic Impact
- Own revenue and retention targets across assigned accounts.
- Be rewarded based on account growth and customer retention performance.
- Contribute directly to broader company strategy and long-term customer success initiatives.
