🌐 Join the Team Powering the Future of Vision AI

🤝 Commercial Associate

At Ultralytics, we’re on a mission to simplify AI for everyone, with the vision of building the world’s leading YOLO models—empowering millions of developers, researchers, and companies worldwide to transform computer vision applications.

🚀 About the Role

This is not an introductory sales or outbound role. It’s an apprenticeship designed to turn you into an elite seller.

We don’t hire candidates to simply book meetings—they disappear. Instead, we recruit Commercial Associates who own markets, build playbooks, and learn to close deals hands-on alongside experienced Enterprise Account Executives. You’ll take ownership of two strategic vertical markets from research to pipeline generation, relationship-building, and scaling repeatable strategies.

You’ll report directly to the VP of Sales & Success and work in the London office.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Own Your Markets

• Research targeted accounts and identify key decision-makers. • Analyze buying patterns and purchase drivers. • Design and execute your own outbound motion strategy to generate pipeline. • Develop tailored messaging narratives for your verticals.

Generate & Close Pipeline

• Build high-quality account lists. • Run targeted outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach). • Attend industry events crucial to your verticals. • Turn resistance into opportunities.

Work Deals & Develop Playbooks

• Shadow your paired Enterprise Account Executive on complex sales cycles. • Assist in discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations. • Document and propagate repeatable processes that convert sales in your verticals.

Milestones of Success

• 3 months: Deep vertical knowledge, consistent outbound execution, knowledge transfer with your AE. • 6 months: Pipeline generation + meaningful contribution to sales deals. • 9 months: Independent leadership of full discovery calls + consistent pipeline creation. • 12 months: Proven ability to close complex deals (promotion-ready for Managerial AE role).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
