Job Description

You will own VoltView's commercial front line, managing the full customer lifecycle from outreach and closing to onboarding and ongoing support. Working directly with the CEO, you will build the processes, run CRM experiments, and automate workflows to scale the growth engine. It is a hybrid role for a high-agency generalist ready to shape a product-led energy revolution.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from testing new acquisition channels and refining messaging to closing enterprise accounts and multi-site landlords.
  • Architect the commercial infrastructure by setting up CRM experiments, building automation tools, and streamlining internal processes for contracts, billing, and customer support.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer, personally onboarding new clients and feeding insights directly to the engineering team to prioritize high-impact product features.

The ideal candidate

  • Possesses professional experience in high-intensity environments like strategy consulting, investment banking, or SaaS sales, with a proven ability to manage complex senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a high-agency, builder mindset with the analytical skills to navigate complex spreadsheets and the communication clarity to pitch to enterprise executives.
  • Brings a genuine curiosity for the energy retail market and ideally a STEM background to grasp technical concepts like kWh usage and carbon intensity.
