Led by a repeat founder and an AI-manufacturing expert from CloudNC and Autodesk, they are deploying Physical AI to solve labor shortages and increase productivity, starting with automated CNC machine tending.
Job Description
As a Commercial Associate, you will work directly with the CEO to scale the business from an early product to a repeatable company. You’ll own the go-to-market playbook, manage end-to-end customer proposals, and be on-site at factories to ensure successful robot deployments while automating internal operations using cutting-edge AI and workflow tools.

What You Will Do
- Build the go-to-market playbook by testing marketing channels, outbound sales motions, and trial structures to refine how the company wins customers.
- Own customer proposals end-to-end, including qualifying opportunities, building ROI cases, coordinating technical engineering input, and managing deals through to signed contracts.
- Systematically automate commercial and operational processes using AI and workflow tools like Claude and n8n to ensure the company scales efficiently.
The ideal candidate
- Has 1–3 years of experience in a high-intensity environment such as a startup, management consulting, finance, or commercial operations.
- Demonstrates a practical, action-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move seamlessly between strategy and site-based execution.
- Is a fast-learning generalist who is confident using AI tools to amplify their output and building trust with factory owners and operators.
